Hampton Roads, VA - Another tenant has chosen Virginia Regional Commerce Park. Best Brakes, a full line brake rotor and drum supplier servicing many segments of the automotive industry, has leased 42,000 square feet of warehouse/distribution space at Virginia Regional Commerce Park in Suffolk, VA.
Best Brakes is expected to be operational in their new facility by the fourth quarter of 2011. They will have an initial 25 employees.
Headquartered in Rancho Cucamonga, California, Best Brakes is a leader in quality aftermarket brake rotors and drums for passenger cars, SUVs and light trucks. Parts will be imported from Asia through the Port of Virginia. The Suffolk location, Best Brake's first East Coast operation, will service their customers east of the Mississippi River that account for two-thirds of their U.S. business.

It enables us to serve our East Coast customers with better service and much faster turnaround times of their orders which in turn will help grow our sales in the Eastern states," says Randy Prince, General Manager, Best Brakes.
